From the Airport (bus plus ten minutes walk)

At the airport, close to the luggage carousel, you'll find a machine giving you a UNIRESO ticket (for public transport) for free.If you are staying in a hotel you will get a public transport pass for the rest of your stay at arrival in the hotel.
Bus 10 will bring you in 6 minutes to busstop Pailly/Balexert.
You will have the ETAP and Suite hotel at your left and the Balexert shopping mall at your right.
From here it is a ten minute walk to the HAP office:
Walk through or around the shopping mall to the Route de Meyrin
Cross the route de Meyrin, turn left and turn right after 50 m.
Follow the path straight ahead along the edge of a group of appartment buildings until you reach the Avenue de Crozet.
Turn left, cross the Avenue de Crozet at the pedestrian crossing and take the first right into chemin de Maisonneuve.
After about 150 metres continue straight on into chemin de Balexert
Enter the Maison de l'environnement 2 and ring the HAP Secretariat bell on the right hand side of the lobby.

Tell the taxi driver to bring you to the Maison de l'Environnement 2 ( he will find that more easily then chemin de Balexert 7).
The trip takes 5-10 minutes and costs CHF 20-25

Take the number 6 bus (every 10 minutes) or number 19 bus (every 15 minutes) from the 22 Cantons bus-stop, in front of the church just to the west of Cornavin railway station.
After 7 stops, alight in Châtelaine at the "Henri-Golay" bus-stop.
Walk north-west (the same direction as the bus travelled) for about 50 metres and then turn right into Chemin de Maisonneuve.
Walk about 150 metres taking the third turning on your left into Chemin des Anénomes
After 100 metres take the first turn on your right into Chemin De Balexert.
Enter the Maison de L'Environnement 2 and ring the HAP Secretariat bell on the right hand side of the lobby.

Take the number 14 bus (every 15-20 minutes) from the Nations bus stop in the direction of "Tours de Carouge".
After 12 stops, alight in Châtelaine at the "Henri-Golay" bus-stop.
Walk north-west (the same direction as the bus travelled) for about 50 metres and then turn right into Chemin de Maisonneuve.
Walk about 150 metres, taking the third turning on your left into Chemin des Anénomes
After 100 metres take the first turn on your right into Chemin De Balexert.
Enter the Maison de L'Environnement 2 and ring the HAP Secretariat bell on the right hand side of the lobby.

As you leave the hotel lobby turn right and walk along the Avenue Louis Casaï for about 500 metres south-east (towards Geneva).
Cross the Avenue du Pailly at the traffic lights/pedestrian crossing and enter the Centre Balexert
Just in front of the Migros supermarket, take the escalator down two floors. From the exit of the escalator turn right and follow the marked pedestrian route to the Route de Meyrin
At the exit of the Centre Balexert, take the pedestrian underpass to cross the Route de Meyrin and turn left when you reach the other side. At the top of the stairs follow the path south-west for about 100 metres (the same direction as the tunnel) until you reach the Avenue de Crozet
Cross the Avenue de Crozet at the pedestrian crossing and take the first right into Chemin de Maisonneuve
After about 150 metres continue straight on into Chemin de Balexert
Enter the Maison de L'Environnement 2 and ring the HAP Secretariat bell on the right hand side of the lobby.

As you leave the hotel turn left and cross the Chemin des Coudriers and then immediately cross the Avenue Louis Casaï at the traffic-lights and enter the Centre Balexert.
Just in front of the Migros supermarket, take the escalator down two floors. From the exit of the escalator turn right and follow the marked pedestrian route to the Route de Meyrin
At the exit of the Centre Balexert, cross the Route de Meyrin at the pedestrian crossing and turn left when you reach the other side. Turn left, cross the Avenue de Crozet at the pedestrian crossing and take the first right into Chemin de Maisonneuve
After about 150 metres continue straight on into Chemin de Balexert
Enter the Maison de L'Environnement 2 and ring the HAP Secretariat bell on the right hand side of the lobby.

Follow the marked pedestrian route to the Route de Meyrin
At the exit of the Centre Balexert, cross the Route de Meyrin at the pedestrian crossing and turn left when you reach the other side. After a few metres, turn right and follow the path straight ahead and pass by the top edge of a group of apartment buildings, one containing a mural, until you reach Avenue de Crozet
Turn left, cross Avenue de Crozet at the pedestrian crossing and take the first right into Chemin de Maisonneuve
After about 150 metres continue straight on into Chemin de Balexert
Enter the Maison de L'Environnement 2 and ring the HAP Secretariat bell on the right hand side of the lobby.

After alighting from the tram (or bus) cross at the pedestrian crossing in the direction away from the Balexert Shopping Centre.
Turn left when you reach the other side. After a few metres, turn right and follow the path straight ahead and pass by the top edge of a group of apartment buildings, one containing a mural, until you reach Avenue de Crozet
Turn left, cross Avenue de Crozet at the pedestrian crossing and take the first right into Chemin de Maisonneuve
After about 150 metres continue straight on into Chemin de Balexert
Enter the Maison de L'Environnement 2 and ring the HAP Secretariat bell on the right hand side of the lobby.
