Executive
HAP’s executive arm is the Secretariat. The Secretariat carries out HAP’s day-to-day business of administering projects, coordinating with other agencies and managing the organisation’s resources under the supervision of the Executive Director. The Executive Director in turn reports on the Secretariat’s activities to the Board.
